Friday Night Lights- Gold Out

Heys guys! It's been a while since I've blogged due to INSANE SCHOOL WORK AND ACTIVITIES. Adding to that, junior year has been challenging and amazing. I've met a lot of new people and the semester is going great socially and academically. Any way, the first home game for my school was last night and it was a gold out! The team ran up the score and won 35-7 and we the student section ran on the field. Here are some pics from last night--when I say some I mean SOME ( I took sooo many) haha.

American Out- Friday Night Lights

Friday night lights once again and in honor of 9/11 the theme of the student section was American --red, white, and blue of course! The game was delayed an hour because of lightening and it took a really long time to get the players on the field. It gave the student section some bonding time though haha, I met a lot of new people and took plenty of pictures. Even though we lost, my school still has the most supportive student section that shows up at away games in the rain, lightening, and thunder. GO BRONCOS!!

August Favorites

August has been over for 9 days now, but my favorite things from last month will continue to be with me! My first favorite thing is this sports bra from Forever21, I purchased in NYC last year. Its so comfortable for yoga and light activity, but I would not recommend for high intensity workouts. I am not a huge chevron fan anymore, but I am in love with this!

My next favorite thing (or things) are Nike running shorts. These are my favorite pairs that I have. Nike shorts are my go-to bottoms for casual events (softball games, football games, and running errands).

  I LOVE THIS DEODORANT OMG IT IS THE BEST THING EVER. It dries super quick and is clear gel (I have problems with white deodorant because I get it all over the place). Plus, it smells sooooo good!

BB Cream is my favorite thing this month because it has been hot, and I am not wearing all out foundation to school everyday. BB cream is easy to put on and take off before basketball conditioning and it adds a glittery shine to your face.

This lip stick is such a pretty nude color and I use it all the time! You can barely tell I'm wearing it and it hydrates your lips as well.

This item below is my favorite makeup removing wipe brand. It removes absolutely everything including waterproof eyeliner/ mascara.

THIS SMELLS SO FREAKING GOOD AND I WILL WEAR THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE IF I CAN. Thanks to my mom for buying this for me!

Messy buns and sparkly earrings have been a recent obsession for me too!

Smoothies on Saturdays

Happy Saturday everyone! There is no food in my house and I am not going grocery shopping until tomorrow morning...so it's smoothie time!! Frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, almond milk, and a banana (not pictured) make the BEST homemade smoothie. Today I am catching up on French, cleaning my room, grocery shopping, reading some good books, and basically getting my life together after this horrific week.  And maybe some fall shopping later :))

My closet is such a mess haha I have a lot of work to do!

Drake VS Lil Wayne Concert

Yesterday I went to the best concert I have ever been to so far. Drake and Lil Wayne was such a good performance and I highly recommend you go when they come to your city! The concert was at Lakewood Amphitheater and my friends and I bought tickets on the lawn. Drake won the battle last night, but Lil Wayne did so good. Future made a guest appearance as well! Security wouldn't let me bring my camera in because the lens cap can come off (I am still mad) but other than that it was a great night.
